A minimum of 2 written references are taken on all registered staff.
Previous Employment Record 
Previous employment history is made available to you.
Proof of qualifications 
Where possible applicants are required to prove qualifications they have achieved.
Health Declaration 
Candidates are questioned regarding their health. They are then asked to confirm that they are of good health and sign a declaration to this effect.
Criminal Record 
All employees are asked to sign a declaration to say that they have no criminal convictions. They are also expected to give reasons for any gaps in employment history.
